What we collect, and what we never do

What we collect

• Account. Your email and a hash of your password when you sign up. We never store the password itself.
• Rulebooks. The rulebooks and cards you build. They are the product.
• Product analytics. We use PostHog, including session replay, so we can see how the sandbox is used and where it confuses people.
• Payments. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see card numbers.
• Attribution. When you arrive from a rep or a referral link, we keep that code so the right person gets credit.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data. To anyone, for anything.
• We do not run ad networks or ad pixels.
• We do not use third-party trackers beyond PostHog.

Deleting your data

Email hello@getappen.com and ask us to delete your account. We delete your data. That is the whole procedure.
