APPEN is a rule-engine sandbox you can use now. You can build rulebooks and run test purchases against the real engine. Card issuing is not yet live.
$50 covers your first month when issuing opens and locks $199/mo for your first 12 months.
Refundable in full, any time before issuing goes live — just ask.
We do not promise a launch date, and no launch date is a term of your reservation. If timing matters to you, ask before you reserve — and the refund above stands either way.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Missouri. APPEN is a product of Blind Billing LLC, St. Louis, Missouri.
