A clear starting point

Useful now.
Honest about what’s next.

Appen helps you design cards for the people your product serves. Everything you test here is a simulation. A sandbox approval never authorizes a real purchase.

Available now

Design, test and explain.

A free sandbox with simulated cardholders and purchases, explained controls, program-brief export and a free 30-minute design session. No signup to test; an account saves your work across devices.

Confirmed · not contracted

External authorization decisions.

A program manager has confirmed External Auth: Appen must answer every authorization within one second. No response means decline; no transaction filtering on the manager’s side is assumed. The agreement is not signed and production performance has not been measured.

Not available yet

Real cards and final pricing.

The initial proposal is corporate-funded USD virtual cards for individuals and authorized software delegates. Client/sub-client structure, artwork, permitted rule variation and product setup still need written Operations approval. No signed issuing agreement, production issuer credentials, live cards or committed launch date. Pricing will follow confirmed partner costs. No payment is required to use this sandbox.

Free to design and test.

The sandbox and 30-minute session are free. We are not publishing a production subscription price before partner costs and program requirements are confirmed.

What an account does

Your account stores private program models and snapshots in Supabase. Sign-in, confirmation and password recovery work through our account service. Expiring read-only links grant access to one snapshot; account saves require the owner’s session.

What we measure

Browser storage keeps a device draft, campaign attribution and a session identifier. Our first-party event endpoint records steps such as opening a draft, testing a scenario, exporting and opening the calendar. An embedded-calendar success event is recorded separately from a click. Feedback and contact requests are stored on the server. We do not record card numbers or session replay.

What has to happen before real cards

A signed program agreement, issuer onboarding, production credentials, funding and reconciliation, cardholder eligibility and consent, support and dispute handling, and end-to-end authorization testing within the partner’s deadline.
